About Since November 2023
I'm the first chief marketing officer of NETSOL Technologies, a Nasdaq-listed company whose software powers how OEMs, lenders and dealerships sell, finance and manage vehicles and equipment, from the first quote, at home or at the dealership, to the end of the lease.
NETSOL reported $52.4 million in revenue for fiscal 2023. For fiscal 2026 we reported a record $74.4 million, operating income of $6.9 million and $27.1 million in cash, and in June 2026 the company was added to six Russell indexes.1
My job is to run a modern SaaS marketing function and to give the company one story. Marketing had been scattered across regions, product lines and business units; it is now a single global organization across six countries, and go-to-market has moved from relationship- and event-led execution to a digital-first model: demand generation, account-based programs, sales enablement and the Salesforce measurement layer that connects all of it to pipeline and forecasting. We repositioned NETSOL from a solutions business, where each customer ran its own build, to an AI-enabled product company on a single platform, Transcend, and marketing runs on AI, with agentic workflows across content, translation, design, prospecting and data operations. I also run investor relations: earnings narrative, analyst relations, shareholder communications and 10-Q and 10-K support, with regular presentations to the board. Few marketing leaders operate across both the customer story and the investor story. Each makes the other sharper.
I've spent about 20 years in B2B technology marketing across bootstrapped, venture-backed, private-equity-backed and public companies, and I've built or rebuilt marketing organizations from a handful of people to 50, across cultures, time zones and functions. Before NETSOL I ran marketing at Plivo, a Y Combinator-backed communications API company, where marketing sourced most new business across product-led and enterprise sales motions. Earlier I built the growth function at Onclusive, a PR analytics company acquired by STG Partners, led global marketing at FFW, a digital agency acquired in 2019, and ran demand generation at Lifesize through its move from hardware to SaaS. I have an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and a BA from Union College.

Outside work
I grew up in New England, but I made Austin, Texas, my home. I live with my wife, Sara, and Frida, a Brussels Griffon. I hold US and Italian citizenship, which matters more than you'd expect for someone who runs a team on three continents. I've been to more than 40 countries and try to add one a year. I ski, cycle, hike, scuba dive and do yoga, and I train most evenings at a neighborhood gym. My wife and I love live music and make an effort to go to at least one concert a month. I've been a vegetarian for more than 30 years. I'm a Patriots fan by birth and a Longhorns fan by choice, and I automate more of my house than Sara thinks is necessary.
